Estimated Shipping Dates
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities.
Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination
address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether
you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they
become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It's entirely possible
for an item that hasn't shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive
within our stated delivery estimate.
Estimated Delivery Dates
To determine the date you'll receive your order, use the following calculation:
(Availability) + (Shipping Method*) = Estimated Delivery Date
*Shipping Method is defined as Standard Delivery, 1-Day Delivery, 2-Day Delivery,
etc.
Please note: there is no weekend delivery or pickup service for our 1-Day and 2-Day
Delivery options.
What Standard Delivery Means
Standard Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
What 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Mean
Selecting either 1-day or 2-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you;
however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one or two days. We estimate
delivery dates at checkout, taking both shipping time and item availability into
consideration. During Checkout, you’ll see the estimated ship date for your order
on the "Place Order" page. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery
for 1- or 2-day shipping.
Here’s an example:
If you order an item with 24-hour availability and select 1-day shipping, the item
will usually ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day -two
business days total. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of
the day Friday via 1-day shipping, may not be processed by the carrier until Monday
and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that item availability may vary and is listed
on the product description page.
Shipping Options
If your order contains more than one item, you can opt to save money or time via
your Shipping Options. During your online Checkout on the final Review and Purchase
page:
• Choose Group my items into as few shipments as possible to save
money on shipping costs. We’ll consolidate your items and mail them as soon as they’re
all available.
• Or, choose I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available
to save time. You’ll be charged for each separate shipment.
Why Don't I See Faster Shipping Options?
Only one shipping option can be selected per order. To select different shipping
options, please consider placing separate orders.
Note: Some items can't be expedited due to a product's size, weight, or vendor constraints.
Some items in your cart may be able to be expedited if ordered separately.
